Peggy Slappey is a third generation REALTOR with over 36 years of general and new home sales experience. In 1982, Peggy started Peggy Slappey Properties, Inc., a company committed to providing unprecedented service to their customers. Nineteen years ago, Peggy Slappey Properties underwent a drastic change moving almost exclusively into marketing new home communities. Peggy currently manages over 50 new home sales agents in over 45 communities.

Peggy is the 2007 president of NAMAR and former chair of 2006 National SMC of the year. In 2005 was awarded the NAMAR Realtor Manager of the Year and the Atlanta SMC Sales Manager of the Year. Peggy has been involved as an active member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors for many years and is President Elect. She is also the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council Chairperson, a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, a member of Women’s Council of Realtors, and the I-85 board and Athens board.
For several years, Peggy has volunteered as a driver for the judges of the Home Builders Association Professionalism Awards. In addition to receiving her Certified Sales Professional designation, Peggy also teaches CSP classes twice a year.
