Ground Breaking at Villages at Bethesda, Lawrenceville

Exciting news from Richardson Housing Group: Together with industry partners, RHG officially broke ground at a new multi-use residential development just off Lawrenceville Hwy this week! A small ceremony marked the occasion as representatives from each company gathered with golden shovels to celebrate the new community: Villages at Bethesda.
Peggy Slappey Properties celebrated alongside Mark Richardson, Angie West, Matt Powell and Mike McGuire representing RHG, Allen KenKnight and Stephen Gowen with Team Acopia at Lower Mortgage, Brian Carmony of McMichael & Gray, and the community’s PSP sales team, Wayne Kelley and Phil Nardone. Owner/Broker Peggy Slappey, Tommy Slappey, and Glen Slappey were also there to throw out the first shovel of dirt.
Villages at Bethesda will bring needed residential housing to this growing Lawrenceville area, with a versatile mix of homes to include 15 detached single-family homes (now under construction) and an additional 103 townhomes, both front and rear entry, with three, four, and five bedrooms. These beautiful new homes will feature popular, modern design features and the outstanding craftsmanship for which RHG is so well known throughout metro Atlanta.
“We’re excited to be building in this part of Lawrenceville again,” said Mark Richardson. “It’s a unique development with lots of options for buyers.” He gestured through the trees near the front of the community. “And it’s a full circle moment for me. The first homes I built many years ago are in the neighborhood next door.”
