Founded in 2020 by Jesse and Brittany Luttrell, P.E.B. builds new homes across North Georgia and metro Atlanta. The company was named after the Luttrell’s children, whose initials make up P.E.B., reflecting what matters most to this business: Family.

In just six years, P.E.B. has built a name for itself with local realtors and builders, known among its peers for its integrity and craftsmanship, always operating on the core belief that every family deserves a place to call home. The Luttrell’s business roots began in landscaping and grading more than two decades ago, where they laid a firm foundation in work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service – pillars that guide P.E.B.’s standards today.

A husband-and-wife team, the Luttrells are closely involved in every phase of construction, bringing personalized service, honest communication, and a level of care that sets P.E.B. apart.
