Builder Marketing Services

Online Presence – Beginning with the Peggy Slappey Properties website (www.psponline.com), which is maintained in-house for timely updates as inventory changes, we promote our builders by featuring their communities and specific homes.  Listings on the website can be viewed comfortably from any device because of our site’s cutting edge responsive design.  The PSP site is also social media friendly and features SEO integration, so our builders get an added bonus whenever we feature them on the PSP blog and social media sites.

Extraordinary Co-Broker relationships – The cooperating broker has always, and will continue to be, PSP’s primary customer.  Decades of serving the Realtor Community and valuing the broker community has led to fantastic professional relationships across Metro Atlanta, and we value this as a great strength in our ability to market our builders effectively.  The good will and excellent reputation of Peggy Slappey Properties in the Realtor community is unmatched.

Market Studies – We perform a comprehensive Area Market Research Study to examine the demographics of the target building area.  This includes median income, average length of commute, and many other factors that might be entirely specific to certain locations.  We will also provide a School Review, since it can be helpful to assess whether a local school is known more for academics, sports, or both.  The overriding goal of these studies is to determine who, exactly, will be buying new homes in the area and how much home they can afford.

Product Review – By examining the results of our market studies and visiting the local competition, we will make recommendations on the appropriate product for the area.  How big do the homes need to be? How many bathrooms do people expect?  What kind of standard features will people want to see when they walk into a model home?   PSP works closely with our builders to provide a product that is desirable as well as appropriate for the location.

In-House Marketing Design and Strategy – Here, PSP offers something few others can:  an in-house marketing and graphic design department that creates a builder’s brand from the ground, up.  We work closely with our builders to create original artwork for logos, signage, and flyers.  No one else will have an identity like yours – as a builder marketed through Peggy Slappey Properties, you have unique access to a talented graphic design department that turns your ideas into reality.

Expert Certified REALTORS® – Every licensed agent at PSP is also a REALTOR, a member of the National Association of Realtors and subject to a code of ethics.  REALTORs are specially trained in every facet of real estate, including new home sales.   PSP provides continuing education for our realtors, as well, ensuring constant training on the “Critical Sales Path,” a sales system with proven results.

Industry Leaders – To stay current on industry trends and connected to other industry leaders, PSP is a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, The National Association of Realtors, as well as the State and many local Associations of Realtors.
