Fun St. Patrick’s Day Events Close to Home

Spring is just around the corner in metro Atlanta. While March 20th is the official first day of spring this year, the warm temperatures and blooming red buds make it feel like it’s already here. What better way to celebrate this early changing of the seasons than with a fun St. Patrick’s Day event you can enjoy with the whole family?
Paddy’s Day PathFest
- Saturday, March 12th
- Braselton, GA
This fun event celebrates the Braselton Life Path, starting with a decorated golf cart parade at 10 a.m. The parade is followed by a Quest Challenge, a fun race where teams will travel through several businesses located along the LifePath searching for clues to complete the challenge. St. Paddy’s on Perry

- Lawrenceville, GA
The City of Lawrenceville, in partnership with McCray’s Tavern on the Square and Local Republic, will host this celebration of Irish food, brews, live entertainment, and more. It all happens on the historic downtown square, and festivities will include live music by Emerald Empire Band and DJ Suspense, a Bangers and Mash eating contest, and after-party events in the Depot District.
St. Patrick’s Day Buffet and Outdoor Festival
- Thursday, March 17th & Saturday, March 19th
- Chateau Elan in Braselton, GA
Chateau Elan in Braselton invites everyone to join in for a taste of the Irish life at the annual St. Patrick’s Day Buffet and Outdoor Festival. There will be authentic Irish food, beer trucks, Irish dancers, festive live music, and lawn games. The fun begins at 4pm and runs until 8pm. But it doesn’t end there! Continue the celebration on Saturday, March 19th from 2pm to 8pm. Tickets are $45 and can be purchased by visiting Chateau Elan Events.
