Ribbon Cutting at Cottages at Noble Village Draws Local Attention

Peggy Slappey Properties was happy to host the recent Ribbon Cutting at Lilburn's newest active adult community, The Cottages at Noble Village. There are 68 new home sites in the community, with several homes fully complete and ready for a quick move-in this fall. The event included cocktails and hors d'oeuvres catered by local eatery, 1910 Public House. Lilburn business owners and officials attended the event, as did local real estate agents and buyers curious about these elegant new ranch townhomes and the walkable lifestyle the community offers.

Lilburn Mayor Tim Dunn was a featured speaker and council members Dr. Scott Batterton, Eddie Price, and Emil Powella were also in attendance. Mayor Dunn commented that Lilburn is a great home for a community like this, where residents are within walking distance of so many great amenities. Mark Gary, Managing Partner of Seed Capital Investments and the developer of the community, welcomed guests and current residents. Wayne Morehead, CFO of Seed Capital was also there, along with Tyeme Woods from the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.
