Richardson Housing Group recently reached an amazing milestone: 5,000 homes built in Northeast Georgia! What an outstanding accomplishment for this award-winning, family owned and operated builder. Of course, Peggy Slappey Properties was there to help them celebrate.
First, RHG presented the new homeowners with a lovely gift. Thank you so much to the Danciu Family for celebrating with us! Then PSP gave a commemorative engraved vase to RHG to mark the occasion. RHG has been a valued PSP partner for more than a decade, building homes across the area and lasting relationships along the way.
RHG has been building in Metro Atlanta since 1973, when Allen Richardson founded the company. It has always been a family business, with the management team including his wife, Ann, and their two children, Mark and Angie. Mark currently serves as the company’s President while Ann serves as the Vice President/Corporate Secretary, and Angie serves as the Corporate Treasurer.
RHG is a local builder with deep roots in Northeast Georgia. The staff and subcontractors all live and work in the area, helping RHG to stay involved with local schools, community charities, and builder organizations. Always working to stay on top of the latest building and design trends, the company is already looking forward to its 10,000 home.
