Technicians recommend cleaning your air conditioning units at least once a year to keep them in working order and keep your utility bill to a minimum. A home without working AC in the summer is a definite way to miss a sale. Set the AC to a comfortable, cool temperature – a welcome respite for buyers out in the sizzling Georgia heat.
There’s nothing better than a glass of lemonade or sweet tea on a hot day. Providing refreshments during the hot summer months is a must. Especially in Metro Atlanta, just walking the perimeter of a home could leave your buyers parched and puddling. A plate of baked goods and some ice-cold drinks will welcome potential buyers to linger just a bit longer, and that can only mean good things for a sale.
