“Three for Free” Agent Luncheons and CE

Lake Rockwell
The first free CE and agent luncheon takes place on Tuesday, September 10th at Richardson Housing Group’s newest community in Winder, Lake Rockwell. Homes here start in the high $200’s with up to five bedrooms. Lunch is catered by Chick-fil-A and served at 11:30 a.m. The class will start at 1 p.m. with instructor Carla Holmes from Live Gigantic RES. She’ll discuss how millennials are impacting the real estate market and how best to serve this big generation of home buyers. Braselton Farms
The next event happens Tuesday, September 24th in Braselton Farms, a great Jackson County community located in Hoschton, Georgia. Braselton Farms is your chance to escape the traffic and hustle of the city and settle in a quiet community within walking distance of Jackson County’s newest high school. These Richardson Housing Group homes are beautiful, with elements like white-stained brick fireplaces, over-sized kitchen islands, and big covered back porches. The event will begin with lunch catered by Chick-fil-A at 11:30 a.m. and continue with the CE class at 1 p.m. Taught by Eric Keese with Live Gigantic RES, the class will cover Realtor Safety Issues. Baylee Preserve
Our final CE and agent luncheon is scheduled for Tuesday, October 22nd in Baylee Preserve, where TWO award-winning builders are hard at work bringing new homes to this great Dacula community. Both Richardson Housing Group and Labb Homes will participate in the event, with homes in Baylee Preserve starting in the low $300’s. Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. and will be catered by Bravo Mexican Grill. The class, which will cover the required License Law topic, will be taught by Eric Keese with Live Gigantic RES.
